1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Quantum Health Boss, located at 2085 Copper Mine Street, Oshawa, Ontario, L1L 0T2, Canada. By visiting our website, submitting a contact form, booking a consultation, registering for a wellness retreat, or purchasing any product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

Quantum Health Boss provides the following services:

• AO Scan Technology: Frequency-based wellness assessments using bio-resonance technology
• Quantum Reflex Analysis (QRA): Muscle testing assessments based on the patented Bi-Digital O-Ring Test
• Wellness IQ Assessment: A free self-evaluation tool for personal wellness awareness
• Vastu Shastra & Home Harmonization: Biofield and directional energy assessments for residential and commercial spaces
• Premier Research Labs Supplements: Retail sale of nutritional supplements
• Wellness Retreats: In-person group and private wellness experiences in Jamaica, Canada, and worldwide
• Strategy Consultations: One-on-one and virtual wellness coaching sessions

All services are provided for educational and wellness purposes only. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Not Medical Advice

The services, content, assessments, and information provided by Quantum Health Boss are for educational and wellness purposes only. Nothing on our website or in our services constitutes:

• A recommendation to discontinue any prescribed medication or treatment
• A claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition

AO Scan technology, QRA testing, and Vastu assessments are wellness tools intended to support self-awareness and proactive health habits. They are not approved medical devices and have not been evaluated by Health Canada, the FDA, or any other regulatory body for the diagnosis or treatment of disease.

Always consult a qualified and licensed healthcare professional for any medical concerns. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical treatment because of something you have read or experienced through our services.

3A. Voluntary Liability Release & Assumption of Risk

By using any Quantum Health Boss service, booking a consultation, or registering for a retreat, you voluntarily agree to the following release:

• I understand that AO Scan technology, QRA testing, Vastu assessments, and all wellness services are educational tools — not medical treatments
• I assume full responsibility for any health decisions I make based on information received from Quantum Health Boss
• I release, waive, and discharge Quantum Health Boss, its owner, practitioners, staff, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my use of these services
• I acknowledge that no guarantee of any specific health result has been made to me
• I confirm that I am using these services voluntarily and of my own free will
• I agree not to initiate any legal action against Quantum Health Boss for health outcomes related to wellness services received
• I understand that if I have a medical emergency I must contact emergency services (911) immediately and not rely on wellness services

This release is binding upon you, your heirs, executors, personal representatives, and assigns. If you do not agree to this release, you must not use our services.

4. User Conduct

By using our website and services you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when submitting forms or booking services
• Use our website and services only for lawful purposes
• Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from our website without written permission
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
• Not use our services to harm, defame, or harass any individual or organization
• Treat our staff, practitioners, and other clients with respect during all interactions

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, infographics, blog posts, assessments, and the Wellness IQ Assessment — is the intellectual property of Quantum Health Boss and is protected by Canadian copyright law and applicable international treaties.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written consent. Sharing individual articles or posts with proper attribution and a link to the original page is permitted for non-commercial purposes.

6. Payments and Refunds

Consultations: Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. The free 30-minute strategy call is complimentary and requires no payment.

Supplements: All supplement sales are final once the product has been shipped. Defective or damaged products will be replaced at our discretion upon verification.

Cancellations: Consultation appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session cost.

General Refund Policy: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to client satisfaction and will work to resolve any concerns fairly. Please contact us within 7 days of your service date with any concerns.

7. Wellness Retreats

The following additional terms apply to all wellness retreat bookings:

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your retreat spot. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of registration.
• Balance: Full payment is due no later than 30 days before the retreat start date.
• Cancellation by Participant: Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat start date will receive a refund of payments made minus the deposit. Cancellations within 60 days of the retreat are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future retreat at our discretion.
• Cancellation by Quantum Health Boss: If we cancel a retreat for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made or the option to transfer to a future retreat.
• Health Responsibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to participate in retreat activities. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions should consult their physician before attending.
• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all retreat participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance including medical coverage and trip cancellation protection.
• Minors: Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who assumes full responsibility for the minor's participation.
• Special Needs: Participants requiring special assistance must notify us at least 30 days before the retreat so appropriate arrangements can be made.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• Any specific results will be achieved through use of our services
• The information on our website is complete, accurate, or current

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quantum Health Boss and its owner, practitioners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of income, data, or health outcomes.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quantum Health Boss and its owner, practitioners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other clients, our staff, or our business, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

13. Changes to Terms
